Community Arts Programming @ KLG

Kehler Liddell Gallery (KLG) is expanding gallery programming with a robust schedule of community arts programs and events for all ages. Artists lead monthly story-time events, family movie nights, portfolio review days, artist talks, workshops, demos and more. An apprenticeship program has been established for students seeking to gain experience in a retail gallery. We are also actively seeking partnerships to activate the gallery in new and exciting ways and to offer more artists the opportunity to share in our space for creative expression.

To produce these programs, KLG has partnered with The ArtEcon Initiative, a neighborhood-based non-profit. Our team was awarded a 2017 Mayor's Neighborhood Cultural Vitality Grant to support the first several months of programming. We also ran a crowd-funding campaign on Indiegogo and are so thankful to over 100 supporters for joining us in our enlivened mission to grow our community and inspire the next generations of creative thinkers.
